Refund policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the day of delivery. In the case that you must return a product or order, or if there is an order discrepancy, please contact us with a detailed reason for the return.
Please include your order number as well as the full name of the product (& flavor where appropriate) and the reason for the return. We will arrange the pick-up request as soon as possible and solve the issue on priority.Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. No Returns or Refunds of used or seal open products.
All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc.) must be returned if an original order is returned for a full refund. No full refund will be given if these promotional items are not returned.Payment: Once we are through your return request and has been approved we will refund will be initiated in the original payment mode.

How much does shipping cost?
we do not charge for shipping, Free deliver all over India. No flat rate is charged on Nutriride.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We are incredibly efficient and moving packages out of our facility quickly. 98% of all orders placed before 11.59 am IST are shipped  the same day. 

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 days in all major metro cities and 5-7 days in tier 2 & tier 3 regions. Orders could be delayed in heavily corona-affected regions. But we try our best to work closely with our courier partners to get the delivery done on time. 

Has my order been shipped?
To check the status of your order log into Your Account. Once logged in, you can view the status of any previous order and its accompanying tracking number. We ship orders very fast, most orders are received, processed, and shipped in only a few hours. 

How can I calculate my shipping and total order cost?
To find out how much it will cost to ship your package you must first add the desired products you’d like to order to your shopping cart, then visit your shopping cart and enter the address of where you’d like to ship your order. Once you’ve done this, you can see the shipping charges in the total amount. Only customer have to pay the amount of the product only no shipping charges
