Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on nutriride.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order, on both prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders. There is no minimum order value. The total shown in your cart is the amount payable.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver across India, including cash on delivery. A small number of pin codes are not serviceable by our courier partners; if yours is not serviceable we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.

3. Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched quickly, and most orders placed before 6:30 pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 days in major metro cities and 5 to 7 days in tier 2 and tier 3 locations. These are estimates, not guarantees: actual delivery depends on your pin code, the courier’s network and local conditions.

5. Tracking your order

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. You can also see the status of any order, and its AWB number, by signing in to Your Account on the Site.

6. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India on every order, with free shipping. Our best discounts apply to prepaid orders, so paying online is usually cheaper. Please keep the exact amount ready; some courier partners also accept UPI at the door.

7. Failed delivery and refused orders

Couriers normally make more than one delivery attempt. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, because nobody is available to receive it, or because a cash-on-delivery order is refused, the shipment is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund you once we receive the goods back. Where cash-on-delivery orders are repeatedly refused we may require prepayment on future orders.

8. Record your unboxing

A return or refund requires an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the AWB number. Please start recording before you open the package. The full requirement is set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
