Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of nutriride.com and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the Site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

3. Products and authenticity

We sell sports nutrition and wellness supplements. Every product we list is sourced from the brand owner or from an authorised distributor of that brand, is sold and fulfilled by us, and is dispatched sealed.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, flavour artwork and pack design are changed by manufacturers from time to time, and what you receive may differ in appearance from the image shown while being the same product. Where a difference is material we will tell you before dispatch.

Products are food supplements, not medicines. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified medical practitioner before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication. Always read the label and use as directed.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued with every order. Prices, discounts and offers may change at any time before you place an order.

Discounts advertised as applying to prepaid orders apply only where payment is completed online at the time of ordering. Cash on delivery remains available on every order.

We take care to price accurately. If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or clerical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before doing so.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where the item is out of stock, where we cannot verify your details, where delivery is not serviceable at your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order, and may restrict sales to any person or region.

6. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card or UPI credentials. Where a cash-on-delivery order is repeatedly refused at the door we may require prepayment on future orders.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms. Note in particular that a return or refund requires an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the AWB number.

8. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authority. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to resell our products without our written consent; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to scrape, harvest or copy content or data; to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; or to infringe the rights of any person.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content you confirm it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic. We do not pay for reviews and do not remove reviews merely because they are unfavourable.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and compiled content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by law. Brand names, logos and product packaging belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. You may not reproduce any part of the Site without our written permission.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment, logistics, analytics and review providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and the products are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, failures of transport or communications networks, and acts of government.

16. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is:

We will acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum at the place where you reside or work under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the Site when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
